- Care Africa provide direct casework to African young people, adult, and families,
- Every month Care Africa conducts "African Men's Group" in Dandenong and other locations to support African men, sharing common ideas, networking and collaratively working together to support each other, and
- Provide relevant and appropriate information and referrals to mainstream services.
